Stay a night in a Castle
There is nothing quite like spending a night in a castle to take you back in time. And Driftwood is very excited to announce that we can now offer our passengers the chance to enjoy the history, romance and luxury of an Irish castle overnight stay as standard on the tours below.

We use two castle hotels in the Connemara region of County Galway, both are fantastic locations and establishments and we know that whichever one you stay in – you will love it.
Abbeyglen Castle Hotel
The beautiful Abbeyglen Castle Hotel, stunningly located on the scenic ‘Sky Road’ in Connemara and has spectacular views of Clifden Bay. The Abbeyglen if famous for its character and eccentricity, and also for its warm welcome.
The Hughes family, who own the hotel are often on hand to welcome you with a glass of champagne, not to mention getting the singing going after dinner around the piano.
